4. Operating Principle
1) Operating principle of clamp penetrating the paint: mighty spring and the clamp form the lever,
with its mighty pressure, the sharp and hardened contact tips on the clamp head can penetrate the
paint and rust.
2) Conductive principle: the effective connection of the tips, clamp, cable and grounding stud
discharges the static electricity to the ground, and ensure the equal potential between the oil tanker
and the ground.
